BASA FISH STEWED WITH GINGER.

    In the busy life nowadays, many people think that cooking at home cost them a lot of times, they prefer eating out. However, there are many easy-to-cook and quickly-cooked food, I am  going to introduce you the way to serve your family a wonderful food:  BASA FISH STEWED WITH  GINGER.

Ingredients:
-       2 big basa fillets
-       1 ginger root
-       Barely garlic
-       Barely dry onion
-       1-2 chili
-       Some scallions
-       Barely chili flour
-       Barely salt
-       Barely fish sauce
-       Barely grown sugar
-       Barely some black pepper

-       Barely cooking oil
Instructions:
1.      Wash the fish in salty water, and then put it in a basket for the water to run out. Marinate it with some more salt about 5 minutes.
2.        Peel the ginger root, unions, garlic and pound the head of the scallions. Wash the chili.
3.      Julienne the ginger and put in the bottom of the cooker
4.      Crush the rest of ginger with chili, unions and garlic.
5.      Put the fish into the cooker with the pounded mixture of unions, garlic, and chili, pour some oil in. Add some seasonings such as: salt, sugar, fish sauce in. Then put the cooker on the stove to cook, after 30 minutes, turn down the fire so that the fish is blended with seasonings.
6.      Have a taste and adjust the amount of seasoning up to your palates. Turn off the fire; put some scallions and black pepper on the surface, it’s much more eye-catching. Then ladle the food into the dish and enjoy with rice.
