BOILED PIG TONGUE REFRESHES THE HOT DAYS

Summer is hot that makes dishes like poach, fry seem to be less attractive. Prepare a main dish that is nutritious and delicious is not simple. Today’s meal, let join us with boiled pig tongue!
Ingredients:

- 1 pig tongue
- 1 ginger root
- Green onion

Directions:
- Clean the pig tongue, boil in 3-5mins with mashed ginger and the head of green onion. When it begins to boil, decrease the heat and boil in 5mins, then turn off the heat. Take tongue out and peel off the white layer, wash again.
- Drop the tongue in other pot. Add water until cover the tongue, and the prepared spices. When it start to boil, put the lid on, boil on low heat and stew in 30mins, then turn off. Let the tongue in the pot for 10mins more.
- Slice the pig tongue into small thin pieces, place them into an arc. Use with lemon fish sauce or garlic chili soy sauce.
