SWEET AND SOUR PORK RIB

Many people like this dish because of the combination of sour and sweetness in each pieces of pork rib. It’s so attractive in gold brown color, and every single piece used with rice. Let show off our cleverness in this dish!

Ingredient:
Original recipe makes 2 servings
- Baby pork rib: 0.5 kg
- Spice: garlic, sugar, vinegar, pepper, fish sauce
- Cooking oil

Direction:
- Clean and wash pork rib, chop into small pieces, marinate with a pinch of salt. Heat up a pan with cooking oil, then put the pork rib in to fry until golden brown.
- Mix fish sauce, vinegar, pepper and roughly chopped chili to have the real sweet and sour in a small bowl.
- When frying, pour out the oil, and have all the mixture fish sauce bowl in to the pan, simmer on low heat until the pork rib tender and absorb all the spices, until it almost dry and burned a bit with golden brown color.
- Place the rib on a plate and décor with some cilantro and enjoy.

Tips:
Do not chop the pork rib in too small, because the meat will shrink down when cooking.
You can quickly boil the rib and continue doing the above steps.
When simmering the rib, make sure the heat is small and careful because it’s easy to burn when it’s dry
Somebody like to have a bit of sauce to eat with rice, so mix a bit of corn starch with water then pour it in to make the thick sauce.
