- 350g cabbage
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Seasoning powder, salt, sugar, pepper, cooking oil.

Directions:
- Clean the cabbage, drain, then julienne it.
- Take off garlic’s skin, roughly chop 2 cloves, thinly slice the other 3. Boil 1l of water, add ½ teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon cooking oil in.
- Fry the roughly chopped garlic with 2 spoons of cooking oil, add cabbage in and quickly stir fry. Season with 2 teaspoons seasoning powder, ½ teaspoon sugar. Turn off the heat, speinkle with ½ teaspoon pepper. Place the dish on a plate.
- Golden fry the thinly sliced garlic with ½ spoon cooking oil then place on top of the dish.
