Direction:

Have
instant noodle into hot water in 1 minute, then drain it.

Mix
noodle with soy sauce, sugar, cooking oil in a bowl for noodle to absorb all
the spices and not stick together.

Thinly
slice bell peppers, carrot, sausage and green onion.

Fry
onion and garlic in a hot pan.

Add
carrot, sausage, bell peppers in with a pinch of salt or seasoning powder, and
stir fry it.

When
the vegetable is almost cooked, have the noodle in and stir fry with high heat,
quick and season again to taste.
Notice:
Do not leave noodle in hot water for too long, it’s
will be floppy
