COCONUT MUNG BEAN MILK

Mung bean is very good for your health, help cool down the body. The following recipe will help you have a nutritious and delicious beverage for an afternoon meal. The recipe is really easy and simple.

Ingredients:
Original recipe makes 2 servings
     -         Skinless mung bean: 300g
     -         Sugar: ¼ small bowl
     -         Salt: ½ teaspoon
     -         Pandang leaf: 1-2 leaves
     -         Milk, Coconut milk

Direction:
Wash mung bean really clean, soak in water in 3-4 hours with a pinch of salt. Then, get mung bean out and drain.
Wash Pandang leaf, then cluster it.
Pour mung bean into a pot, add water to be over the bean about 1cm, then cook until soft.
Have the bean mixture into a food processor, process it with sugar. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a bit more water.
After processing, pour the mixture back into the pot, have Pandang leaf in, cook and stir well, add coconut milk in in enough amount.
Cook in 15-20mins more and season with sugar again to adjust the taste. Remove the milk from heat and leave it to cool down. Reserve it in a glass bottle and keep in refrigerator.
