STIR FRY GOURD WITH CLAMS



Ingredient:
Original recipe makes for 3 servings
-         Clams: 1kg
-         Gourd: ½
-         Scallion, laksa leaf
-         Seasoning powder, pepper, cooking oil

Direction:

Clean and wash clams, have it in a pot with a bit of water to boil, and have the shell to open, get the flesh and get the black stuff inside out.

Hew the gourd skin, clean and julienne.

Clean and wash laksa leaf, scallion, and leave the white part aside.

Have a pan on heat, fry the white part of scallion with oil then pour the clams in and stir fry with fish sauce and seasoning powder, let it aside.
Continue to heat up the pan with oil and have gourd in, stir fry and sprinkle with seasoning powder to adjust the taste.
Pour the cooked clams in, have the roughly chopped laksa leaf and scallion in, stir well and remove from heat.
