- Sour star fruit: 1
- Round pork: 0.2kg
- Peanut: 50g

Directions:
- Peel skin off banana and star fruit, then soak in vinegar, salt water, thinly slice lengthwise and julienne.
- Squeeze star fruit and banana to release all the acrid liquid inside.
- Boil round pork, then julienne.
- Salad sauce: Mix fish sauce, sugar, garlic, chili, lemon well.
- Add banana, star fruit in a bowl, pour the salad sauce in.
