content.
Ingredients:
- 2 sweet corns
- 400g beef
- 1 dry onion
- 1 carrot
- Fresh scallions
- 5 Bolete King
- 100g pig-tongue shoots
- Cooking oil
- Fish sauce
- Sugar
- Wedge nuts
Instructions:
- Chop the corn into 5-6 parts
- Cut the beef into big parts like below. Then
marinate with fish sauce, sugar for 10 minutes
- Fry onions in a pan with oil, put beef in, pour
water in to cook.
- Put shoots, corns, carrot, wedge nuts in and boil, turn down the fire.
When they are nearly cooked, put Bolete King in. Sprinkle scallions in before
turning off the stove.
