CORN STEWED WITH BEEF ( Bắp hầm thịt bò)

That food attracts me not only by its colors but also by its nutrion content.
Ingredients:
  • 2 sweet corns
  • 400g beef
  • 1 dry onion
  • 1 carrot
  • Fresh scallions
  • 5 Bolete King
  • 100g pig-tongue shoots
  • Cooking oil
  • Fish sauce
  • Sugar
  • Wedge nuts


Instructions:
  1. Chop the corn into 5-6 parts
  2. Cut the beef into big parts like below. Then marinate with fish sauce, sugar for 10 minutes
  3. Fry onions in a pan with oil, put beef in, pour water in to cook.
  4. Put shoots, corns, carrot, wedge nuts in and boil, turn down the fire. When they are nearly cooked, put Bolete King in. Sprinkle scallions in before turning off the stove.
