The presence of seafood will
help make your salad much less dull. Brittle vegetables make it more interesting
to you!
Ingredients:
- 200g shrimp
- 150g cuttle
- 100g scallops
- 1 salad
- 30g purple cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1 red onion
- ½ coffee spoon of fish sauce
- 1 spoon of mayonaise sauce
- Crispy pancake
Instructions:
- Boil the shrimps, get rid of their heads, shells and black fibers on the backs. Clean the cuttle, cut like a hammock, boil. Wash the scallops and boil them.
- Pick the salad, remove the damaged leaves and wash them. Cut purple
cabbage into fibers. Cut both onions like in the picture below.
- Mix well all the seafood, salad, onions and mayonnaise
- Lay out them all in a basket made from crispy pancake. Enjoy right after that!
Tips:
Wash the salad in the way water
flowing. You can decrease the smell of onions by mashing them in vinegar before
use.
