SEAFOOD SALAD ( Salad Hải sản)

The presence of seafood will help make your salad much less dull. Brittle vegetables make it more interesting to you!
Ingredients:
  • 200g shrimp
  • 150g cuttle
  • 100g scallops
  • 1 salad
  • 30g purple cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red onion
  • ½ coffee spoon of fish sauce
  • 1 spoon of mayonaise sauce
  • Crispy pancake

Instructions:
  1. Boil the shrimps, get rid of their heads, shells and black fibers on the backs. Clean the cuttle, cut like a hammock, boil. Wash the scallops and boil them.
  2. Pick the salad, remove the damaged leaves and wash them. Cut purple cabbage into fibers. Cut both onions like in the picture below.

  3. Mix well all the seafood, salad, onions and mayonnaise
  4. Lay out them all in a basket made from crispy pancake. Enjoy right after that!

Tips:
Wash the salad in the way  water flowing. You can decrease the smell of onions by mashing them in vinegar before use.
