BBQ FOR THE WEEKEND

On free weekend, let jump in the kitchen and cook tasty attractive BBQ pork for family to have a cozy dinner.


Ingredients:
Original recipe makes 3 servings
- 1kg pork (shoulder or round pork)
- 3 cloves of garlic, skin off, roughly chopped
- 3 teaspoon sugar
- 3 teaspoon honey
- 3 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- ¼ liter white wine
- Caramel
- Pepper, salt, oil, spices
- Sesame sauce
- Five-spice powder



Directions:
- Clean the pork, slice it into big thin pieces.
- Soak in ¼ liter of wine white 20gr five-spice powder. Marinate in 1 hour.
- Add 2 teaspoon garlic, wine, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil and 1 teaspoon oyster sauce five-spice powder.
- Mix the marinated mixture with pork, and live it in 2 hours.
- To cook, you can use electric grill cooker or stove or charcoal. With oven, you need to preheat at 250oC.
- Stretch the meat on a tray, have it in the oven. Keep the marinated sauce left.
- After 10 mins grilling, pour the marinated sauce on top of the meat again, continue to cook in 15 mins more. The meat after cooking must be dark brown red outside.

You can slice it into smaller pieces to eat with rice or noodle, bread and pickle.
