Roasted salted duck tongue is easy to make and the flavor is good.
Better enjoy with black pepper lemon salt or chilli sauce. Have a great food!
Ingredients:
- 300g cleaned duck tongue
- 1 pounded onion
- 1 cut-into-fiber ginger
- Some chilli powder
- 2 star anise
- Some clove
- Some cardamom
- Some cinnamon
- Some cooking oil
- Sugar
- Fish sauce
- Soy sauce
Instructions:
- Roast star anise, clove, cinnamon, cardamom in a pan. Then put them all in a cloth package, tight it. Put the package in a boiling water cooker for 10 minutes, add fish sauce, salt, sugar and soy sauce in.
- Put the tongue in to boil for 15 minutes, take it out, let it dry.
- Fry the onions, roast the tongue for 2 minutes. Have a
taste and put salt, ginger á you may want. Lay them on the dish with black pepper lemon salt or chilli
sauce.
