ROASTED SALTED DUCK TONGUE ( Lưỡi vịt rang muối )

Roasted salted duck tongue is easy to make and the flavor is good. Better enjoy with black pepper lemon salt or chilli sauce. Have a great food!

Ingredients:
  • 300g  cleaned duck tongue
  • 1 pounded onion
  • 1 cut-into-fiber ginger
  • Some chilli powder
  • 2 star anise
  • Some clove
  • Some cardamom
  • Some cinnamon
  • Some cooking oil
  • Sugar
  • Fish sauce
  • Soy sauce

Instructions:
  1. Roast star anise, clove, cinnamon, cardamom in  a pan. Then put them all in a cloth package, tight it. Put the package in a boiling water cooker for 10 minutes, add fish sauce, salt, sugar and soy sauce in.
  2. Put the tongue in to boil for 15 minutes, take it out, let it dry.
  3. Fry the onions, roast the tongue for 2 minutes. Have a taste and put salt, ginger á you may want. Lay them on the dish with black pepper lemon salt or chilli sauce.
