FRIED PUMPKIN ( Bánh bí đỏ chiên)

With some simple steps and ingredients, we can have a good snack.
Ingredients:
  • 500g pumpkin
  • 1 spoon of salt
  • 100g wheat
  • Chilli ( optional)

Instructions:
  1. Peel the pumpkin, wash and cut into long fiber.
  2. Put it in a big bowl with ½ spoon of water, mix well.

  3. When the pumpkin make the water red yellow, get rid of that water.
  4. Add sugar and wheat in, then mix them well, if necessary, pour some water in.


  5. Heat cooking oil in a pan.
  6. Use spoon to take the mixture and put in the pan, stretch well.
  7. Sometimes flip it so that it can be cooked evenly both sides. Then take it out and put on waterproof lining paper. Enjoy with soy sauce. Take some chilli ì you want some spicy taste.
