With some simple steps and ingredients, we can have a
good snack.
Ingredients:
- 500g pumpkin
- 1 spoon of salt
- 100g wheat
- Chilli ( optional)
Instructions:
- Peel the pumpkin, wash and cut into long fiber. 
- Put it in a big bowl with ½ spoon of water, mix well. 
- When the pumpkin make the water red yellow, get rid of
that water. 
- Add sugar and wheat in, then mix them well, if necessary,
pour some water in.  
- Heat cooking oil in a pan. 
- Use spoon to take the mixture and put in the pan, stretch
well. 
- Sometimes flip it so that it can be cooked evenly both
sides. Then take it out and put on waterproof lining paper. Enjoy with soy
sauce. Take some chilli ì you want some spicy taste.
