Tomato soup with egg is a
good choice whan the summer is approaching. The tomato makes you cool and very
healthy because it contain a large nutrient
content.
Ingredients:
- 100g Pork tenderloin
- 1 tomato
- 10g shiitake
- An egg
- ¼ spoon of salt
- ¼ spoon of sugar
- 1/8 spoon of black pepper
- 2 spoons ofstarch ( made by a sppon of water mixed with a spoon of tapioca starch)
- ¼ spoon of sesame oil
- 30g scallions and cilantro
Instructions:
1. Cut the pork into the small thin long parts, marinate with salt, black pepper, sesame oil and a spoon of starch in about 15 minutes
2. Cut the tomato into small parts like below
3. Heat the cooker with a little oil, put the shiitake and tomato in and stir until it’s soft, then add some salt and sugar in.
4. Pour the amount of water you need, till it boils, put the pork in. When the water boils again, turn down the fire and put the rest of the starch in.
5. When it boils, put the egg in, use chopsticks dolly, put some oil, pepper, scallions and cilantro and turn off the stove. Enjoy hot with rice.
