A bit fat plate of sweet and salty pork ribs and the aroma of sesame to
serve with a bowl of steam rice… is really impressive dish in rainy days.
Ingredients:
- 500gr baby pork ribs
- 1 teaspoon of rice wine
- 1 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon of finely chopped ginger
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon white sesame
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
- In your large pot, carefully add in the ribs and water (make sure water cover by 1 inch), boil for 3 minutes. Remove the ribs and drain.
- Put a pan with oil on medium heat, add garlic and ginger, stirring until aromatic. Add the ribs and stir in a minute. Add the wine, soy sauce, a pinch of seasoning. Lid up and low the hit to simmer in 30-40 minutes. When the liquid in the pot reduced, add sugar and use chopsticks to stir fry the ribs. Taste and adjust the seasoning
- Remove the pan from the heat, have the sesame on top. Have the ribs on a plate and decorate with coriander.
- Serve with a bowl of steam rice.
