- 30g carrot
- Scallion
- Coriander
- Sugar
- Fish sauce
- Pepper

- Seasoning powder

Directions:
- Marinate ground pork with 1 teaspoon finely chopped red pearl onion, ½ seasoning powder, 1 teaspoon sugar, let aside to absorb the spices. Dice cowpea, carrot. Finely chop scallion, coriander.
- Fry red pearl onion, add ground pork, add vegetable and stir fry for the spices to be absorbed. Add 1 cup water, poach with low heat, season with ½ teaspoon seasoning powder, 1 teaspoon fish sauce, simmer until the liquid is reduced. The sprinkle the scallion coriander, then remove from heat. Serve with rice.
