CHÈ CHUỐI NƯỚC CỐT DỪA (Banana and coconut cream sweet gruel)

This sweet dish is delicious and easy to make, in the weekend you can cook for your family to enjoy.



Ingredients:
Original recipe makes 3 servings
- 5-6 botanical bananas
- 100g white tapioca
- Coconut cream
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of sugar

Directions:
- Peel banana’s skin, slice thinly. Boil the tapioca until soft, then soak into cold water to prevent sticking together.
- Mix sugar with water, add coconut cream and a pinch of salt, heat on then add sliced banana cook softly. Add the tapioca in and cook in 5 more minutes and then remove from heat. Add a bit of corn starch to thicken the sweet gruel.
- Ever pieces of bananas is soft, sticky, sweet and smell of coconut. Have the dish in a small bowl. Top with sesame seeds and crushed peanut. Enjoy!!!
