Poached chicken with mushroom
Poached chicken with mushroom with permeability spices chicken, light sweet mushroom, ginger aroma. The poached liquid use to eat with rice is really delicious.
Ingredients:
Original recipe makes for 2 servings.
- 3-4 pieces of chicken legs or half of small chicken
- 1 piece of ginger
- 300g chicken mushroom or shiitake mushroom
- Half of an onion, dried onion, garlic, fish sauce, pepper, seasoning powder or sugar and some green scallions.
- 1 spoon caramel
Directions:
- Wash the chicken, chop into small pieces.
- Marinate with dry onion, ground garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon fish sauce, a pinch of pepper, mix well and let aside in 2 hours.
- Cut the root of chicken mushroom, soak into salt water in 15mins.
- Drain the mushroom and slice thinly
- Shredded chop the ginger.
- Wash onion and cut into small pieces.
- Heat up the oil in a pan, add chicken legs and fry until golden on both sides, have the chicken on a plate.
- In the same pan with less oil, fry garlic and onion until soft and smell, add chicken, ginger, mushroom in, add 2 tablespoons fish sauce, a pinch of salt, sugar or seasoning powder and caramel into the pan.
- Lid on, turn on the heat until boiling, then add little water, cook on lower heat without lid.
- Poach from 30-40mins, adjust your seasoning, remove from heat, add finely cut scallions and place the dish on a plate, server with rice.
