“Spinach soup with fresh shrimp"



 Spinach soup with fresh shrimp
Food 365 has recently introduced many special dishes to you guys. As usual, we want to recommend you a wonderful soup: “Spinach soup with fresh shrimp” very folk, simple and good for your health…. You know, everyday we usually eat with many fat dishes make us be fed up with them. This dish is the best choice for your family meal in the summer.
Ingredients:
½ kg of spinach
200 g big peeled shrimp
1 clove of garlic
Instructions:
Peel the shrimp, wash, make it chopped, marinate with ¼ coffee spoon of fish sauce, ¼ coffee spoon of wedge nuts and some black ground pepper in about 30 minutes.
Remove its roots, yellow leaves and then wash them until it’s clean. Crush the garlic and put in the air for 15 minutes.
Pour into the pan with a single spoon of oil and then put it on the stove, when it boils, put the garlic in to fry, after that pour enough water for your family, wait until the water boils to put ½ coffee spoon of soup base and ½ small spoon of  wedge nuts. Turn up the fire, put the spinach into till when it boils again, put the shrimp in and mix well. After some minutes, use  potholders to bring the pan out of the stove. Delicious whether hot or cool..
