NẤM KHO NGÔ BAO TỬ ( Mushrooms cooked with baby corns)



Ingredients:
-          300g mushrooms
-          150g baby corns
-          Salt
-          Soy sauce
-          Scallion
-          Coriander
-          Garlic
Instructions:
-Wash the mushrooms and remove their feet, put them into a bowl with water and some salt in 15 minutes. Then wash again and put them in a basket to make drained.

- Wash the corns and split if it’s too big

-Boil the oil, put the garlic and the head of scallions in to fry.

-Put the mushrooms in and fry, then add some fish sauce, then cover the cooker with the pot about 15 minutes.

- Put the corns in, add some salt, wedge nuts , try to make sure it’s just mouth, boil another 10 minutes

- Turn off the stove, put coriander and the rest of scallion in, ladle and put the food into a disk. Then enjoy with rice.
