“BUN CHA NEM CUA BE” FOR HA NOI’S WINTER DAYS

This is a favorite familiar dish with the capital city’s people. Nowaday, “Bun cha” (fry pork paste vermicelli) has many types to serve the demand of dinners.

To make “nem cua be”, people have to carefully choose the crabs. It must be good crab from Hai Phong, thick, and weigh from 0.5 to 1kg. Besides, the stuff also has fresh shrimp, ground pork, mushroom, black fungus, Chinese vermicelli, bean sprout, red pearl onion… All are mixed with spices in a right potion and then mix with egg yolk to make them stick together.
