CHINESE BRAISED PORK WITH EGGS


Ingredients:
  • -      500g lean pork
  • -      2 unions
  • -      2 spoon of fish sauce
  • -      70g jaggery 

This is an ancient food but usually appear in family’s meals. Great food brings your member together. Often goes with sour pickled porecole.
Instructions:
1.      Choose the meat between pig’s buttocks and filet, cut bite size, marinate with chopped unions.
2.      Boil a bowl of water along with jaggery  and fish sauce. After a few minutes, turn down the fire.
3.      Put meat into the cooker until its ribbon is burned, pour the water above in, continue until pork is soft enough to eat.
4.      Add some eggs in to stew if you like to make your food plentiful.
5.      Put into a deep plate, baste the sauce and enjoy with rice. How great food with tastefy , strong flavor. Together with sour pickled porecole, it becomes wonderful!!
