This is the store of a couple, located at the end of the road and always crowded. It opens from 14h to 17-18h.
The ingredients are selected, clean, if you order more vegetable you can eat 2 bowl but still not bored. The ingredients are simple that only have vermicelli, lean pork paste, fish paste, Vietnamese celery, peanut, scallion and chili. The fish paste has chili and dill make the dish tastier. The store is located in front of Khuong Thuong apartment’s courtyard, near Kim Lien market. Opening time is from 11h to 20h, always crowded especially at lunch time or the afternoon and on the weekend.
A bowl of vermicelli here is about 25,000d, included vermicelli, poached bean sprouts, fry tofu, lean pork paste, fry onion and peanut. You can order more pork paste, tofu, or the broth to serve as a side dish.
The attraction of this store is the sticky of vermicelli, much of crab paste and spot-on flavor of the broth.
Located on a pathway in C13 Kim Lien apartment, this is an outdoor vendor on children playground. Its opening time is from 11h till 20h. You have to wait in rush hour.
The goodness of the dish here is the sticky vermicelli, original crab paste, vegetable, bean sprout, some pieces of fish paste, pork ear paste…combined together make the mixing vermicelli so full of flavor. You can order pickle or a glass of ice tea to make a better meal.
