SALTY STICKY RICE GRILLED WITH SUGAR-CANE


Ingredients:
-       2 cup of white sticky rice
-      2 units of Chinese sausage
-      50g pork meat
-      4 sugar-canes
-      2 spoons of chopped garlic
-      1 spoon of scallions
-      Cooking oil, sauce, pepper, wedge nuts
The sweetness of sugar-cane helps to increase the flexibility and taste of the rice.
Instructions:

1.      Wash the sugar-cane , dry them, then cut into small shape of diameter 5 cm.

-      Fry the sausage with oil, then slice them with pork meat. Pour oil into the cooker, fry roughly the garlic. Then put the sausage, meat, some wedge nuts, mix roughly.
-      Take them out, put in a bowl, put rice in and mix well.

1.    Roll the rice into balls, cover the core of sugar-cane. Arrange sticky rice on the grid with oil, grill the surface until it turns brown yellow.
-      Lay them in a disk, sprinkle scallion on. Enjoy hot.
