SNAKEHEAD FISH NOODLES

Ingredients:
-         500g big fibers of noodles
-         300g snakehead fish fillets
-         100g crushed lean meat
-         50g of black soy sauce
-         50g chili satay
-         Scallions, cilantro, salad, bean sprouts
-         Sugar, salt, mononatri glutamat, shallot
-         Wedge nuts, fish sauce, pepper

Thin fiber noodles along with snakehead fish fillets and black soy sauce with chili satay make great flavour of this food.
Instructions:
1.     1.Wash the fish, get rid of its bones. Fry roughly. Boil water in a cooker, put in it the bones when it boils. Skim, turn down the fire about 15 minutes, then put in sugar, salt, wedge nuts and fish sauce.















2.   Slice the snakehead fish thin. Pureed the pork meat, fry roughly with garlic, salt, Mononatri glutamat, pepper. Pick and wash the shallot; cut the scallions 3-4 cm of length.
3.      Boil roughly the noodles, put in a bowl. Boil the fish by boiling water and arange in the surface. Put on it a spoon of crushed lean meat and black soy sauce. Sprinkle the cilantro on and enjoy hot.
Small tips:
-         In order to get the flavour of the fish, you should use its bone to boil with water. Wash the fish and fry roughly to deodorizer fishy smell.
-         At first, you should cook with great fire so that it’s easier to skim. Remember to skim quickly. Put the seasonings in when the fire í little so that they can remain their flavour and make food better.
