Ingredients:
- 300g pounded lean pork
- 3 eggs
- 1 egg taken its yolk and albumen. Yolk is used to stretch on the Cha surface, the other is used with the 3 ones above.
- 1 box of crab
- 30g vermicelli
- 20g dried black fungus
- 1 pounded onion
- 3 spoons of cooking oil
- 1 spoon of sesame oil
- 1 carrot
- Seasonings: ½ spoon of salt, ¼ spoon of wednuts, ½ sppon of sugar, ½ spoon of black pepper
Instructions:
- Turn the oven
170- 180oC to make it heated. Put union, pounded pork,
crab, 3 eggs with the albumen, dried
black fungus, vermicelli, oil, sesame
oil, and small- cut carotin a bowl.
- Add a
suitable amount of seasonings in it, then mix well.
- Dab some oil on the tray and put it into the oven,
pour the mixture on it.
- Grill for
about 20 minutes, until the surface gets brown yellow and out of water, take it
out and stretch the yolk on it. Grill for another 5 minutes.
- Make the
cooked food in sticks.
- Cut into
small square parts, enjoy with hot rice and cucumber, tomato. Or if you like,
you can perfect your meal with Cha, grilled pork rib, broken rice. That’s
wonderful meal ever!!
Crab egg Cha is simple to make, especially when you do not hane a lot of
time to cook a great food for your family. If you want a softer one, you can
steam it nearly cooked before grilling. More union and carrot also make it
softer for you.
