MIXED CHICKEN WITH VIETNAMESE CORIANDER

Ingredient:
- A chicken meat( the chickens don't put in small cages, they are realeased freedoom and ran around the garden. Normally, they are bred in Vietnam's rural areas.
- Vietnamese coriander.
- A onion.
- Salt, MSG( monosodium glutamate), flour pepper.

First of all, a onion is peeped, then it's sliced and mixed with a few lemon juice drop.

Secondly, The Vietnamese coriander is washed untill clean. After that, it's chopped up.

Thirdly, The chicken meat is boil. Then, it's torn into small pieces by hand.( Maybe use bones).

Next of all, we mix all ingredient which are prepared above with pepper. salt and MSG.

In the end, we decorate it on dish and enjoy.
